Planting Trees For ELEMENT - The Quarter
Our ELEMENT - The Quarter property is the first ever eco-development in Liverpool. We teamed up with one tree planted to ensure that for every unit sold in this project, 100 trees will be planted in the Amazon rainforest.
This provides a further incentive to invest in this amazing new development, which features sophisticated eco-friendly technology throughout, and offers 8% assured rental yields.
Our overall goal is for 45,000 trees to be planted in the Amazon thanks to investments in Element - the Quarter.
The Amazon rainforest is one of the major ecosystems of the world, and deforestation in forests like the Amazon is a huge threat to the environment.
We’re proud to be partnered with an organisation that does so much to help protect habitats around the globe.
Supporting Everton in the Community
Everton in the Community is a fantastic charity based in Liverpool that works hard to support the local Merseyside community.
This organisation provides support to adults and children from all walks of life, and offers over 40 programs that help with employability, youth engagement, education, and more.
So far, thousands of people’s lives have been enriched with the help of Everton in the Community.
We’ve recently teamed up with RoyleMac10 to support the amazing work that Everton in the Community do, having donated £2,960 to this charity.
Hopefully we can help many more people in the Merseyside area get the help and support they need to thrive.
