Nexus Residential operates across two divisions, Nexus Lettings and Nexus Management. Nexus Lettings will provide lettings for owners of properties within our developments, utilising Zoopla, Rightmove and local rental agents to source tenants in Liverpool – the UK’s number-one location for buy-to-let yields.

Liverpool has featured prominently in recent PRS (private rental sector) analysis, with the city set to enjoy a resurgent 2020.

Economic output will continue to improve in line with a vast range of regeneration initiatives, amplified by the city’s growing and diverse population, fuelled by ripe talent.

Nexus Management will continue to provide building management for our developments affer completion, which will include all cleaning, maintenance and security.

Nexus Lettings & ManagementNot only will this ensure that ongoing service charges are kept as low as possible, it will also keep our sites tidy and secure for the long-term.
